what happens to "teams" that fail to place a lineup when it comes to waivers drafting? My tool of a team happens to win a few, do i pick behind the tools that fail to place a lineup?

I swear I posted a message in here yesterday about Steelz Pride.
He called me around 1:30ish on the road at his daughters soccer game. He told me he thought he'd set his lineup same as last weeks, but when he checked it on his phone, it had nothing set.
He asked if I could set a lineup with all 4pm and later players as best as I could, but the system wouldn't allow me to do it...so that's when I came in and posted a message here...which seems to have disappeared.

So Steelz' intent was to play his Week 2 lineup this week?
If that's the case I can go back and enter it in.
