During the season, rosters must not exceed 42. The allocation of roster slots is
completely up to the owners. There is no minimum or maximum number of players per
position that an owner may have on his roster. Only exception is that there may not be more than one kicker on any roster. There will be a freeze on Free Agents between the end of the season and the rookie draft. Teams must have their rosters at or under the 42 player limit the Tuesday before the first game of the season. If a team is over the player limit at the start of the season, the latest pickups will be reversed until they are at the player limit (this includes rookie draft picks).
