For some reason i can no longer reply-all to the commish lockout status emails which i liked to do in the past to notify league of the purpose for each. Therefore, Im going to update this thread as needed with statuses for those moves.

Lockout turned on as I realized it was off by default for the new league year. There is no need to unlock unless someone asks me to complete a team-specific action for them. For the new guys, let me know if anyone has a question about the commish lockout.
