Getting Fired up for the draft, both real and ours! Have we made sure everyone is coming back?

I also think we should punish owners who don't pay their league dues. It's a couple bucks, for a good cause, don't be a P-O-S. I think there are guys who haven't paid in years and I was disappointed my Charity donation wasn't equal to the full league's buy-in (minus site fees). It's really more principle than dollars.
Possible options include removing draft picks or straight up replacing habitual offenders.

I certainly hope that if anybody were leaving we (or at least Dave) would've heard about it long before now. I am surprised that there are something like 9 teams not yet on the 2015 site so hopefully it's not an issue.

Are there really teams that haven't sent the $10 in the past?

I have not heard of any owners that will not be returning to TW in 2015.

I agree it is disappointing that I don't receive the league fee from 100% of the owners every year. I love how this league champion traditionally donates their winning to charity and it's a shame all owners don't contribute; I understand these charities are near and dear to the winner and the winner wants their charity to receive every dollar it possibly can.

However I'm not really for instituting a punishment. Forfeiture of a high draft pick in this league is too great a penalty IMO, forfeiture of a low draft pick isn't much of a penalty at all and I really don't want to have to try to find new owners if we boot somebody completely from the league.
I think sometimes the owner thinks he has indeed paid and maybe I didn’t catch it when it came in through PayPal. Perhaps somebody really needs the money but wants to continue to play in TW, I’m not going to threaten to remove somebody in a case like that.
