I have spoken to a guy in my office. 15 years ago he was instrumental in starting a redraft league. He drifted away after several years concentrating on fantasy baseball where he does very well. He is a very smart guy and he follows football quite closely.
Also, he understands that if he joins up he will have to supply his own goats as no one hear is likely to give up theirs without a fight. I think we will have to shield him for a time, but only for a short time from TTAC's sexual advances, you know, to let him get his feet under him, but after a day or two he should be fine. BTW TTAC, he is straight and happily married to a babe so your advances, to be successful, will have to include some roofies.
I have linked him to this site as well as to MFL to look at the team. He may be checking in. I believe he is about 90% sold on doing this. He understands it is sort of first come first serve.

Well, my buddy decided he has too much going in to jump into this league. Sorry. I thought he would take it and be a good addition. We will have to keep looking.
He did mention he believes it may be tough to get a taker given the lack of draft choices the new owner will have.

Odd that someone coming onboard in a dynasty league wants it conditional in that they can win right away. Probably for the best that they don't join. |
