In a league with 42 roster spots and we draft rookies, there are a couple things I'm surprised we don't factor into scoring: TFL & Return Yards. We start a full 11 players on defense. Someone comes up and makes an amazing tackle behind the scrimmage, but no, this is worth the same 1.5 points as tackling them 10 yards downfield. I think we should credit the player 1 point for making a tackle for loss. Last year TJ Watt lead the league with 23 TFL, so we're not talking about a huge amount of points scored here. I also propose that all returns yards (Interception/fumble/kick/punt return yards) count for 1 point per 33 yards returned. Right now, when a player returns the ball they can only score fantasy points if they score a TD. Return yards are worth nothing, even if they change field position, return the ball to the 1, etc. Those "hidden yards" should count as points. Last year Cordarrelle Patterson lead the league with 1017 return yards, which would be 30 points if 33 return yards = 1 point. This would take Patterson from scoring 63 points, to 93 points last year. He'd go from WR 100 to WR 68. Not a huge swing, but credits him for the special teams work he does. Please vote on these proposals in the poll. Thanks, Alex

We've discussed these options more than once before and its been voted down and/or had very little interest.
I am still not really in favor of this addition.
